Housing helpers services all of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas with quality renter referrals to property owners and management companies.
Our service attracts thousands of prospective renters from many different advertising sources, such as websites, yellow pages, newspaper ads and classified ads.
Each Housing Helpers customer is pre- qualified during an initial interview and is screened for Price range, type of apartment, home, location, lease length and amenity preferences.
We also inquire about pets, lifestyle, and any other details that are important to them.
Your property will be professionally marketed to the appropriate renters.
You can be confident that when Housing Helpers brings a prospective renter to your property, they have complete information about your property and we have asked the pre-screening questions to qualify them.
Housing Helpers offers a customized service to meet your specific needs.
Our trained leasing professionals will render showings of your property to insure the quickest rental or refer prospective renters directly to you.
Additionally, we can execute credit checks, rental background checks and provide critical industry knowledge. You can choose which services you want with Housing Helpers to perform, as all are included.
As we discussed, the cost for our service is seventy-five percent (75%) of the first months rent for a single family home and/or townhouse rentals, seventy-five percent (75%) for condominiums rentals, when and only when we successfully rent your property.
Your fee is not due until a renter from Housing Helpers signs a lease with you.
You Pay Only for Results!

Again, there are no up front fees and or advertising costs, you only pay for results.
To get started, please carefully read and sign the enclosed agreement and fill out the property data sheet completely. We will want to pre-view your rental property as soon as possible to ensure it is properly priced and presented.
We also will be placing Housing Helpers ?For Rent? sign in your yard as that is one of the forms of advertising we offer. We will call you to set an appointment as soon as our agreement is returned to our Las Vegas office.
