He helped me buy the house during a bidding war where the seller had 8 offers. He kept in touch of the seller agent very well and we got the house. I did work with a few other agents and they were never able to get any house for me. That was during crazy days of Dec. 2003. I was very impressed with Mike's professional way of doing things and his immediate response to my purchasing needs. He also hired good inspection company and inspected the house thoroughly for me. At the end he followed up with the closing to make sure everything was smooth. During the entire time I was dealing with him, I was working in China. I never see the house myself and I never met him!!! But he bought the house for me and rented it out for me.
I was very pleased with the end result!!!!! A good thing for him is that he is good at communication. He kept in touch with me regarding the entire buy and rent process. I know what my tenants are and where they work from and why they were renting.
This is the kind of thing I am pleased with dealing with him and his company.
